Double Almé Z blood suitable for outcross!

When Zangersheide bought the French stallion Almé Z in the 60s to cross him with German mares, the entire equestrian world believed that Léon Melchior had gone crazy. His outcross breeding resulted, however, in superb horses such as Ratina Z. What was once revolutionary has now become a standard. No studbook, no matter how conservative it may be, will nowadays keep its doors closed for "foreign" blood.

In 2014, Zangersheide has again attracted a stallion which is extremely suitable to be used in outcross combinations and, what else could it be, in him the Almé Z blood is not lacking either. Better still, via Galoubet A and Jalisco B, the blood of Almé Z occurs twice in the pedigree of this Niagara d'Elle Z.

Niagara d'Elle Z himself performed exceptionally well at the very highest level under Bertrand Pignolet and descends from one of the most successful lines of France. Dam Capucine d'Elle is a sister of the famous Bayard d'Elle (B. Pignolet), grandam Toscane d'Elle is sister of three SF-licensed stallions. Niagara d'Elle Z has already produced several very promising young horses including the SF-licensed Unick d'Ick (dam's sire. Cassini I).
