Herakles' maternal dynasty has established itself as a mainstay of Danish Sport Horse Breeding. His full sister, Helouis, was 2011 Danish champion broodmare.
The damline brings in blood through the progenitress Herba AA.
The maternal grandfather Michelangelo is also the sire of Michellino and thus responsible for Laura Tomlinson's Olympic horse Mistral Hojiris.
Herakles was the 2013 Trakehner Federal Show Riding Horse Champion of four year old stallions. Under Dorothee Schneider, he qualified for the National Championships. He is currently ridden by Laura Strobel of team Dorothee Schneider, victorious in Medium level dressage tests and has already been successfully introduced on the international stage.
