Kataro

Kataro is the first licensed son of Karajan. He is impressively framed, full of type, with a beautiful face and quality interior. His jumping abilities are stellar and are a result of top showjumping genes found in his pedigree. Kataro has a promising future as a show jumper.  

Kataro's excellent show jumper pedigree is highlighted not only by his sire Kannan, but also his mother's side which goes back to the line of Waldhexe, line 210, which is among the most successful lines of Oldenburg breeding. His damsire, Perigueux, was highly successfull in international show jumping with rider Eva Bitter. He has already provided many successful sports horses, among others, Prinz 1293, who is victorius in Grand Prix competitions with rider Hans-Dieter Dreher.

Through his granddam, state and premium mare Starlight, the outstanding blood of Sandro Song is brought into the pedigree, providing this highly sought after blood combination.
