Birmingham is an absolute eye-catcher with his dark coat, strong type and movement, and his extraordinary pedigree. Tremendous movement potential in all three paces distinguishes this youngster. As a five year old, he won the 2019 Bundeschampionat Qualifier of Cloppenburg, and repeated victory in the Bundeschampionate qualifier in 2020 with an 8.6 overall, 8.5 for walk, 9 for trot, 8.5 for canter, submission and general impression.

Star of his paternal family is the famous Bretton Woods, who is characterized by an extremely harmonious body and the outstanding quality of his paces. He first gained attention when he won the bronze medal at the world championship for five year old dressage horses. Later he successfully managed, under his rider Matthias Alexander Rath, to join international competitions.

Birmingham's mother, the state premium mare Fleet-Street, achieved outstanding results in the mare performance test with an average grade of 8.99. Apart from Birmingham, she also gave birth to the licensed sons Dahlhoff of De Niro and Quotenkönig of Quaterback.
