Cantoblanco was the outstanding winner of the 2008 Holsteiner stallion licensing, where he was the favorite of the enthusiastic crowd. Full of type, with a noble bearing, he possesses great movements in all three basic gaits. During the freejumping portion of his test, Cantoblanco convinced with optimal motions, legs fast as lightning and formidable potential. His sire, Canto, was champion stallion himself in the year 2004. Canto's sire, Canturo, and his rider Bernardo Alves from Brazil, took part in the Olympic Games in Athens. They were winners of the Grand Prix in Spruce Meadows, Canada, the Price of Europe in Aachen and the Grand Prix in Madrid. Canto himself celebrates his debut as stallion with three licensed sons. He finished his stallion performance test as vice champion of the showjumping portion. These days he is prepared for future competition by Janne Friederike Meyer. Cantoblanco's dam line 4965 is one of the most successful dam lines in Holstein. His dam, Casablanca, is full sister to the stallions Clinton I and II, as well as to the mother of Levisto, Hirtin (who goes by the name Chica Bay in the international sports).
