Guidam de Henry, a
beautifully-formed "Euro stallion" with light, feathery basic paces,
is predestined for jumping. The exquisite pedigree is his "license
to jump." His sire, Guidam, has won many Grand Prix tests and is a
son of Quidam de Revel, a stallion who is popular with practically
all European breeds: under Hervé Godignon (France), he won the team
bronze medal in Barcelona, following which he won many Grand Prix
with Charlotte and Thomas Velin (Denmark). Guidam de Henry's dam's
sire is Quito de Baussy, a son of an internationally successful
sire, Jalisco B. Quito de Baussy was the 1990 World Champion in show
jumping with Eric Navet (France). Since Admiral Z, found in the
third generation, is also a son of Almé Z (dam by Fürst
Ferdinand--Römischer Prinz), and Quidam de Revel as well as Quito de
Baussy are his grandsons, this significant stallion who founded his
own line is found three times in the fourth generation. The
Hanoverian, Drost, by Duft II, rounds out the pedigree. Guidam de
Henry--when performance
