Barrichello |
A decidedly
elegant black horse with a clear performance orientation. Bred in the
Netherlands, overwhelmingly following the Holstein "jumping
model." His Holstein sire Burggraf advanced to become a top sire in
Holland. He combines the sires of the century Landgraf I and Cor de la
Bryere in his blood and represents bloodline 7126, which also brought
forth Acord I and II as well as many other stallions and top sports
horses. The Oldenburg dam sire Purioso was one of the best sons of
Furioso II. His dam sire Martell likewise was a Holstein stallion. The
Dutch showjumping legend Nimmerdor in the third generation was 50%
Holstein bred. Barichello derives from the same dam line as Cavalier
(alias San Patrignano Mister/Franke Sloothaak). He absolved the 30 day
test of 2001 in Vechta with the highest of scores in rideability and
capacity for jumping.
