Amidou is a very modern, long-legged young stallion who is
extremely notable with his outstanding movement and top riding
qualities. He made a remarkable appearance at his first public
show with good rideability and promptly qualified for the
National Young Horse Championships. Amidou is a descendant of
the legendary Holsteiner mare bloodline 104 A. International top
horses such as Retina (Fritz Thiedemann), Athletico (Ludger
Beerbaum) und Athlet (Willi Melliger) are also from this same
historical bloodline. Moreover this bloodline has produced a
series of approved stallions such as ”Caretano”, who competed
successfully at international level under Jos Lansink and stood
at the Zangersheide Stud. We look forward to his first foals.
