Welser belongs to the group of young and promising stallions
at the Celle State Stud. He is a high quality son of Wolkenstein II,and
has great ability for dressage. In 1997 the elegant stallion
became Reserve Champion at the stallion licensing in Verden. In 1998 Welser absolved the stallion performance
test as runner-up and achieved the maximum score of 10.0 for
his outstanding canter.
The first offspring of Welser were born in the year 2000. The
foals have fine heads and a good conformation with a long, well-set-up neck, long sloping shoulder, good croup,
and lean, correct
limbs and joints.
