Osmium

Osmium won the finals of the stallion competition in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, 12 points ahead of the second place horse. A the 70-day test at Ermelo in 1999 he was the dressage champion with a score of 8.5%. In 2000 he was the best four-year-old horse of the Netherlands and won the famous "Pavo Cup" with the extremely good score of 9.4%.  Osmium's pedigree is rich in world class talent. His sire, Olympic Ferro, needs no introduction, and his damsire Calypso II is firmly ensconced in the "legendary" category. The next dam back is by the Thoroughbred, Ladykiller, another breed-shaping stallion. Osmium is a high quality stallion of great natural ability, very good character and beautiful black color.
