Liberty Life

A stallion that certainly comes close to his memorable sire, and not only in name. The grandam Wichtelfe, ridden by Peter Wernke, attained more than 30 intermediate and advanced class wins under the pseudonym Windspiel, i.a. runner up in the Finnish Derby. Mated with Gepard, she gave birth to Goldmädel, who has also had wins in advanced class. Miss Playback, Liberty Life's dam, derives from the champion stallion Zymbal. Zymbal's own performance, which includes twofold participation in the federal show jumping championships, as well as his conformation. He was DLG stallion in 1986. The combination of these two lines results in an above average performance potential. Lord Liberty "put the dot over the i" and made breeding history with his progeny with just three crops of foals. Following noteworthy successes in basic tests, Liberty Life was a Federal Championship finalist in 1995, came second in the World Championship of Young Horses in the team, then in 1996, he attained fifth place in the Federal Show Jumping Championship in Warendorf and furthermore, won or had high placements in international show jumping competitions in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Leeuwarden (Netherlands), Caen (France), Kiel and Vienna.
