Landstreicher is a Holsteiner who descends from the best proven jumping bloodlines. As an International Grand Prix Jumper, he was ridden to 35 wins, including Leipzig, Hannover, Moorselen and second in Hannover in "the Sires of the World" competition. Both sire and mare lines were successful at the highest international levels. The sire line is from the reknowned Ladykiller xx, with a dam by Capitol I and a second dam by Sacramento Song xx, bringing the Thoroughbred blood in from both sides of the pedigree. The best performance genes, modern type and proven ability make this stallion an outstanding choice. As a five and six-year old Landstreicher placed under Toni Hassmann at the Bundeschampionat and in 1998 when he was just seven he passed the hurdle to advanced level. He has collected ribbons in Grand Prix and from Championships. Three of his sons were licensed, including Hors Gym Lianos, who became the
2007 German Champion of young show jumping riders under Felix Hassmann.
Other offspring are successful internationally and have competed at the Bundeschampionat. Ten of his daughters have received a State Premium, including Lady Sunshine, the dam of the Reverse Champion Stallion and two-time Vice Bundeschampion, Rock Forever. His sire Landgraf I is a jumper-maker if there ever was one. His dam, St.Pr.St. Alraune, is also the dam of an advanced level jumper named Caribo and a mare named Galaune who is the dam of Con Spirito R, a licensed stallion who won the "Sires of World" show jumping competition and his full brother Con Caletto who is also licensed and successful internationally. She is also the dam of a mare named Elraune who is the dam of Cattani, a horse that has placed in World Cups for show jumpers. Successful Holstein line 2067.
