Lanciano

A sire for all purposes who is one of the most used sires in Europe. Lanciano sires approval champions mare and foal champions and sport horses for all disciplines. He is firmly established in the breeding world and is a pacemaker of the modern riding horse type. He passes on his brilliant movement and his steadfast reliability. At the foal shows his foals again and again are gold medal and championship winners. From his first crop came the outstanding winner of his keuring, Lord Sinclair, winner in 1997 and 1998 of the Federal Championship three and four year old stallion classes. Lord Sinclair has meanwhile set a record for sales of riding horses at auction for the year, when the sales of his offspring reached 2.8 million DM in a year! Lord Sinclair is successful to "S" level. Lanciano's daughter Lanciana was the 1997 winner of the Rheinland mare performance test and in 1998 was the sale topper at the CHIO sale at Aachen. Lanciano has an excellent record as a sire, and has had many federal championship jumping horses.
