Granulit

Granulit is a sparkling stallion personality with all the attributes of a major sire, from one of the best dam lines there is--that of Finnländerin from the world famous Vornholz Studfarm. His sire, Grannus, as well as his dam's sire, Romanow, were both Grand Prix winners and extremely popular sires. The Westphalian line founder, Radetzky, his full brother, Mariano, who was Olympic and World Champion with Dr. J. Neckermann, the Grand Prix stallion, Rio Negro / W. Schultheis, Aldato, Paulaner, Don Schufro and Rasputin all originate from this dam line. In 1995, Granulit was the indisputable winner of the Stallion Performance Test in Neustadt/Dosse. Because of his outstanding first crop, Granulit was awarded the Main Premium in 1996. Granulit is now successful in dressage and show jumping up to intermediate level. In 2000, he entered his first advanced level shows. His first crop produced four approved sons. His oldest off-spring show a lot of promise under saddle and have already won many basic riding horse tests in jumping and dressage.
