Excellent gaits, presence, positive attitude and rideability make Fürst Romancier perfect in every way. This impressive performer and perfect gentleman has an incredible track record. In 2009, he was the most successful stallion in his age group at the World Championship of Five Year Old Dressage Horses, he came second in the Bundeschampionat final qualifier with a score of 9.0, going on to take fourth rosette in the final to equal his fourth place at the World Championship. In his 70 day test, Fürst Romancier attracted attention with scores of 9.0 and 9.5 for rideability, nine range scores for his basic gaits and a dressage index of over 148 points.
Not only is he an impressive competition horse, he also has an impressive pedigree. His sire, Fürst Heinrich, was Dressage World Champion and has produced many excellent competition and breeding offspring. The Oldenburg Edoste dam line has produced Bundeschampion and European Championship competitor Exupéry, Vice Bundeschampion Landjuwel Gold, Olympic contender Petit Prince and Grand Prix winner Avignon.
His first crops of foals were in high demand and sold for high prices. One of them sold for the record price of EUR 37,000 at the Ankum auction and another for EUR 45,000 at the Vechta auction. As a result of the quality of his performance in competition sports and in breeding he was awarded Oldenburg main premium status in 2009.
