Fuerst Fugger
VIDEO

A Fürst-Heinrich son clearly influenced by his sire with a coveted Hanoverian dam line in his pedigree; premium stallion of the Westphalian licensing in Münster-Handorf in 2008. A flawless exterior, he is also distinguished by well over average gaits with a striking trot, an expansive walk and a powerfully transmitted canter. Fürst Fugger did an outstanding job at his 30-day test the end of 2009 in Schlieckau, receiving scores above 9.5 in some areas. With an indexed score of 8.94 in dressage, he finished second in a lot of over 40 participants from all over Europe and ranked among the best overall. Predestined for dressage, Fürst Fugger has a cutting edge pedigree. His sire, Fürst Heinrich, who died at an early age, was the winner of the 30-day test in 2001, Champion Stallion of the four-year old main premium stallions of the 2002 Oldenburg licensing. In 2003 he became the wildly celebrated World Champion of five-year old dressage horses in Verden. Within just a few years he also became a star sire with more than 40 licensed sons and more than 70 State and Verband premium daughters. Two of his sons were even Oldenburg Champion Stallions. His dam, Piroschka, produced several highly successful sport horses, including the former auction horse, Delgado, who participated in the Bundeschampionat and is now owned by the Olympic Game rider, Beatriz Ferrer-Salat. The dam's sire, Weltmeyer, was the champion stallion at his licensing, won the stallion performance test, became Bundeschampion as well as DLG Champion. With more than 100 licensed sons, he is one of the most influential stallions of the last 20 years. Bred to the Thoroughbred stallion, Hill Hawk xx, the granddam, Pepieta, produced a daughter named Hella, who was bred to Don Gregory which resulted in the licensed stallion, Don Hill. Pik Bube II is found In the third generation. This highly esteemed full brothers Pik Bube I and II were both particularly versatile sires and produced dressage horses as well as show jumpers that reached international level. Fürst Fugger comes from Hanoverian mare line 301/Elfenblume (by Elimar-Schutzwart-Schwabenkind-Neujurist). The licensed stallions Leader (State Stud Dillenburg), Rautenstein (State Stud Schwaiganger), Rosetti (private stallion Bavaria), Rouge Diamant, Schow Men (private stallion Hanover) and Syndikat (private stallion Oldenburg, Mecklenburg) as well as John Whitaker's internationally successful show jumper, Grannusch, and a dressage mare that participated in German Championships, Royal Gala/Laura Pytkowiat, also come from this line.
