Acorado II
Acorado II

Acorado II was approved in Germany in 2000 obtaining the title of Vice-Champion. In 2001 he finished in 2nd place in jumping in his performance test, and entered the “group I class” of German stallions. At the age of five, Acorado II qualified 2 times for the Bundeschampionate and won and placed in show jumping competitions up to cat. M (1,30 m). In 2004 despite his activity as stallion, Acorado II qualified for the six year old German Championship, was vice-champion of the prestigious Deister Preis and was the best placed 6 year old at the Oldenburg Stallions show. In 2007 he placed and won more than 14 times up to S*** and nowadays he is continuing his sports career at advanced level in Germany. In 2008, he won Sögel stallions show in Germany.

His father, Acord II, was 2nd place at the five year old German Championship, and sired not only excellent sports horses but also stallions such as Acadius, All in One, Agrigento, Ars Vivendi etc.. His mother, Doreen XIII, is the daughter of Corrado I who was the winning stallion in CSIOs with Slootahaak. Doreen XIII is also the mother to Acorado I who was a great international winner before his early death. His sons have been sold for considerable prices at Verden auctions, Zangersheide auctions, and at Verona auctions. The second mother is the daughter of the founder Ramiro, sire of over 60 approved stallions and many Olympic sons and winners of CSIOs such as Fatinitza, Rosella, Rinnetou, and the extraordinary Ratina Z. From stamm 776, the same as Acorado II, descend more than 100 approved stallions all over Europe. Besides Ramiro we mention Lordanos, Calvados I and II, Highvalley Z, Lucky Boy etc.

From Acorado II's first year in Italy: Athena and Amarcord were finalists at the 2003 Italian Foal Championship in Verona. In 2005, on the occasion of the first horse show in Arezzo, Aramis del Gorello won the class for 2 year old stallions and Iuran placed third. Aurora Aurea got the first place among 2 year old mares and Giacord was the first of male foals ! In Città di Castello, Aramis di Gorello finished in first place and Scarabocchio in second place in free jumping in the class for 2 year olds. In 2006, Antartic won obedience, his daughter Scarabocchio got the first place in free jumping at Lazio-Umbria PRA, and Ambrax won the free jumping in northwest Italy PRA. In 2007, Acorada Tilly dei Folletti won the show in Sicily, Alisea D.C. won Criterium (4 year old) in Arezzo, and his son Avagon was approved in Germany and was the best stallion at his Performance Test at Adelheidsdorf with the extraordinary score of 144,53 points.
