Lauterbach is one of the best sires of young horses in France and already the father of some choice international winners in Germany. His fertility is excellent. This homozygous bay brings strength, elegance and locomotion to his offspring. We are confident that he will soon be a top sire of winning competitors.

In 2003 Lauterbach was accredited with title of Oldenburg Reserve Champion in Breeding and sport and the undisputed champion of the showjumping breeding federation OL-International. He is a son of the German Young Horse Champion Landor S, out of a much consolidated dam lineage from Contender-Famos-Frivol xx. He is clearly marked by his dam's sire Contender, who is probably today's most prominent showjumping producer. In good character, he completed a decent stallion test with top notes of 9.0 in training for his jumping.

Lauterbach is a beautiful model of a modern jumping type. We expect foals with Thoroughbred qualities. In 2005, his first year in competition, he won several jumping competitions and confirmed his consistent performance in Rastede as 1st Reserve Champion in the Oldenburger County Showjumping Championships. At the Main Premiums in Vechta at the Oldenburger Old Stallion Parade, Lauterbach once again showed his quality with his phenomenal jump and was approved as 1st Reserve Champion at the main premiums.

Lauterbach is a beautiful horse with the form of a modern show jumper.  He has inherited Thoroughbred qualities while being large-framed and very elastic in movement.
