As the last foal of the elite mare Galina this beautiful pinto stallion saw the light of the world in April 2011. When he was six weeks old, Galina passed away and Gabun was raised as a bottle kid. As a two-year-old, he was the junior champion of the Oldesloe breed show with the highest mark of the show.

2017 was a successful year for this stallion as he became premium of the ZSAA studbook and became reserve-winner of the stallion licensing show of the VZAP.  Two foals from Gabun's first crop were also licensed VZAP in 2017 and one received title of Premium Stallion.

In October 2013 he managed the incredible!  Gabun was the first Arabian half-breed to be accepted and approved at theTrakehner stallion market. He convinced the commission by his clever, sovereign appearance and overall quality. Already, his first crop of foals have been quite convincing and almost without exception. They are prize-winning offspring and among them are champions and reserve champions from numerous breeding associations. His son, Boulevard ad Barani (by Connery), from his second year of foals, drew attention to Gabun, and his stud farm's breeding, when he was sold to Hanover at the Elite Foal Auction as the 4th most expensive foal in Austria. Boulevard excelled in type, excellent gait, and has had many reliable performances.
Gabun is now competing at M level dressage, and is now premium-stallion of the ZSAA.

In the autumn of 2016 in Schlieckau Gabun passed the 50-day test with 7.26.  He has gained recognition in the ZSAA and VZAP.
