Casino Grande

This stallion embodies the breeding goals of Hof Sosath stud farm.  Casino Grande is a product of Sosath's own bred sire, Casino Berlin, combined with the top damline Besinda that also produced Stedinger and Donninger.  With this background and in addition to his superior jumping ability, great manners and very modern gaits, Casino Grande embodies what is the next level of breeding stallion.

He was premium stallion and second reserve winner of his licensing in 2014 and later finished his 30-days-test in 2015 with a final jumping score of 9.25, gaining a 10.0 for his jumping ability and canter, and 9.25 for his rideability.

In 2016, he competed in youngster classes for the first time. His outstanding quality was rewarded with multiple victories. Additionally, he received the 1b Main Premium for his outstanding first crop and his great show performance.

In 2017 Casino Grande finished his stallion performance test as second best right behind another Sosath satllion. His final score was 9.03 and he received a 9.5 for his canter and a 9.0 for his scope and rideability. Additionally, he had already qualified twice for the 2017 Bundeschampionship.

Casino Grande's sire Casino Berlin was premium stallion at his licensing, 1c Main Premium winner, and the recipient of top placings in young horse jumping competitions with scores of 9.0. He is now successful at the international Grand Prix level, with his biggest success so far being second place at the Grand Prix of CSI Steinhagen.

His grand dam is the elite mare Bold-Fantasy and she scored an overall total of 8.62 in her mare performance test with a jumping score of 10.0 and a rideability score of 9.0. She produced the sire Stedinger by Sandro Hit, who won his licensing and is successfully competing at Intermediaire I in Australia today.  Bold-Fantasy is the full-sister to the dressage stallion Lamar H and half sister to the successful three-day eventer Just Me H (Larimar) who was successful at the CIC** and was German Champion in 2004 with Anna Christina Döring.

Casino Grande's dam line of Besinda is one of the most successful of the Oldenburg breeding association. Offspring from this dam line include Tailormade Mr. Pink by De Niro, who is successful up to Intermediaire I, the approved Waldsee by Waldschütz, as well as the Prix St. Georg horses Basic Instinct by De Niro and Satchmo by Santiago.
