Baloutaire PS has a modern conformation and is large and typey.  The talented son of Balou du Rouet, Baloutaire PS presents himself well and impresses with his supple and uphill paces, as well as, his jumping abilities.  His impeccable technique and bascule, combined with a pedigree made up of the most elite show jumpers in the world, make Baloutaire PS an interesting and desirable option for breeders. He produces sporty foals that move with power and balance.

Baloutaire has victories in the Intermediate (M). At his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf, this excellent stallion was a rewarded a 9.5 for his willingness to perform, an 8.25 for his rideability and an 8.0 for his canter. He was very successful in the Youngster Tour with Felix Koller/AUT. He made his debut in sport with victories in young horse classes.

His dam's sire Chacco-Blue was third of the Grand-Prix in Aachen, won the Grand Prix in Neumünster and has led the WBFSH ranking since 2017. Eight of his offspring took part in the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA. In 2017, Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam won team gold at the European Championships in Gothenburg/SWE. Almost 50 of his sons have been licensed. His grand-dam Nema produced Stakalite (by Stakkatol), who was successful at advanced (S) level.

Sire, Balou du Rouet, has maintained his status among the top ten in the WBFSH world ranking for both jumping and eventing and has produced an incredible number of successful show jumping offspring. Dam sire, Chacco-Blue, led the WBFSH ranking for the first time in 2017 and has become a legend in his own right.

In the third generation of Baloutaire's pedigree, Voltaire, is yet another leading sire of the world. Voltaire, following in third position, achieved international triumphs with Jos Lansink/BEL. In 1989, he finished his show-jumping career with a victory in the Berlin Grand-Prix and second place in the Leeuwarden/NED Grand-Prix. Thanks to the success of his offspring, such as Finesse, Play it Again, Altaire, Concorde, Dante, Especiale, Helios, Kahlua, Kannan, Limmetair and Lexicon, Voltaire is considered as a "Chef de Race" in the Netherlands and has always held a top position among the sires worldwide.

Quidam de Revel, who appears in the fourth generation won Team bronze at the Olympic Games in Barcelona/ESP with Hervé Godignon/FRA in 1992 and finished fourth in the individual ranking. From 1993, ridden by Thomas Velin/DEN, he won the Grand Prix in Hanover and finished fifth in the World Cup in Helsinki/FIN. With his offspring, he has set standards and was considered in his home country, France, just like his grandsire Almé and his sire Jalisco B were, as a "Chef de Race Mondial".

Baloutaire PS stems from the French mare family 94 which produced many successful sires for French breeding including Belphegor IV, Fair Play III, Lyndon, and Veneur du Prelet.
